To a dead king, a king crowned
Well, “to a dead king, a king crowned” is a Spanish proverb. its origin is unknown or honestly speaking, I don’t know 😉 I haven’t done much research, to be perfectly clear :D. However, its meaning is profound and simple to guess at the same time.
It says that everything is replaceable even the king and if I laterally explain it.
It will be like that every king , governor, head of state, caliph or you name it will eventually die ,and everything you have will one day finish do you think people will mourn him/her? it might be. But they will do so for a very short period of time, having a new one stars his/her tenure.
So bear in mind that everybody and everything is replaceable whether a king, a rag or cheap or valuable. It will come to an end.
